Your voluntary, self-reported clinical plans and tasks
Your voluntary, self-reported videos for publishing on Livway YouTube channel
Your voluntary, self-reported content including Your photos, any content, voice sample converted into AI generated Videos by Livway

Livway is an Indian company, but all personal information is stored in a secure cloud storage service using industry best-practice technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized or unlawful processing of personal data and accidental loss or destruction of, or damage to, personal data. Additional best practices such as carefully managed access to root passwords and secure shell (SSH) keys are used to ensure that all appropriate measures are taken to provide data security.

Livway is web-based service offered to its users online. Once the account subscription is paid for agreed duration will not be refunded. However, in-case the refund is applicable then,
Refunds will be processed within 10-15 working days only if applicable.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
Cancellation Policy
Livway is web-based service offered to its users online. Account will be activated only after payment received for subsciprtion for the agreed duration. The account will be cancelled automatically not less than the paid duration. The user can't cancel the account for the paid duration.
Customers can not cancel their subscription for paid duration.
